Making a reservation and planning your vacation with Holiday Harbour Seasonal Resort is simple.  Use our new online system.

Please note our reservations guidelines:

Maximum Persons Per Site:  maximum number of persons per site is six (6), except for familys (parents/guardians and dependent children under 18).  Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Maximum Vehicles Per Site:  maximum number of vehicles allowed per site is one (1)

Maximum Camping Units Per Site:  maximum number of camping units per site is one (1)

Deposit Policy:

Campground sites (other than seasonals) – For advance reservations, one nights deposit required to guarantee your reservation, major credit cards accepted but first nights’ stay will be posted when reserving. Reservations made within 2 weeks of arrival date require full stay deposit. Cash is not accepted for payment of campground sites. Balance of stay is due in full 2 weeks prior to arrival date.

For Park Models, a deposit of 50% of the stay is required at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

  • No refunds for inclement weather. Non-cancellation or failure to show constitutes forfeiture.  Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the weather, therefore, once checked in, you are responsible for the entire length of stay you reserved. 
  • We are unable to provide a refund for early departures. Cancellations must be received a minimum of 96 hours in advance of your arrival date for a full refund less a $20.00 + HST administrative fee.  
  • Cancellations received within 96 hours and before 48 hours in advance of your arrival will be charged the first nights fee, unless we are able to re-book your site, then a $20.00 + HST administrative fee will be charged.  
  • No refunds for cancellations received within 48 hours of your arrival date.

Collection of Personal Information: When you apply to live at Killam’s properties or if you contact our staff or send us inquiries, we may collect some or all of the following personal information about you:

Property preferences and history
Credit card and / or bank account information
Social Insurance Number (optional – see below)
Employment information
Identity of your employer
Travel information

The information above is generally collected from you, but we may also obtain such information from financial institutions, credit agencies and your reference contacts, for the purpose of assessing your credit and for processing your transactions and payments.

Providing your Social Insurance Number is optional. Please note however that most credit reporting agencies use the Social Insurance Number as a unique identifier to ensure proper identification when conducting credit reviews and preparing credit reports. If you do not wish to provide your Social Insurance Number, our ability to obtain a timely and accurate credit report may be affected, hence affecting our ability to complete the contemplated transaction in a timely manner.

Use of Personal Information: Your personal information may be used by us as permitted or required by law, and as reasonably necessary in relation to our transactions and services that we provide to you, including:

From Highway #401 West :

Follow ON-401 W to Queen’s Line/Chatham-Kent County Rd 2 in Chatham-Kent. Take exit 63 from ON-401 W

  • Exit #63 towards Tilbury, ON
  • Turn Right at Stop Sign (Queen’s Line/County Road 2)
  • Turn left onto Queen St. South in Tilbury (First set of lights you will come to)
  • Proceed South – Queen St. South becomes Wheatley Road/Erie Street
  • Proceed through traffic lights in Wheatley, turn Left on Middleton Line

Campground Rules

At Holiday Harbour we are committed to the safety and security of all our guests, visitors and staff. We understand that vacationing should be fun and carefree, but we ask everyone to follow a few basic rules of courtesy and good judgement to ensure everyone has a memorable stay.


Condensed Rules

  • Speed limit within the park is 10 km/h everywhere
  • There is to be ONLY two tents per site (including dining tents)
  • There is to be ONLY one car per site
  • 11pm to 9am is QUIET TIME
  • Fires to be attended at ALL times and MUST be put out before going to bed
  • Children MUST have helmets to ride their bikes
  • Children under 12 MUST be supervised at all times
  • Children under 13 MUST be accompanied by someone 16 years or older at the beach
  • NO pets on the beach or playground
  • All pets MUST be leashed at all times
